Victoria (D. Phil Politics, Oxford) served as Director of the Katerva Awards from 2011 to 2015. She is an entrepreneur and environmental ethicist who has taught at Harvard, Wellesley, Bryn Mawr, UGA, UCSC, U of Toronto, and Princeton. She is an advisor for the Tech Awards, SXSW Eco Startup Central, the Biomimicry Institute, and Oxford University's Wolfson Innovate, among others. She has been a Visiting Scholar at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, and co-founder of Skybase, a cleantech solar aeronautics startup that pioneered a solution to the Eternal Flight Problem. She is Founder and Chair of the Biochar Offsets Group, an industry organization now represented in 70 countries.
